Program questions
How often are visits?
It depends on how the aircraft flies. Schedules can be weekly, biweekly, monthly or based on utilization. Operators can also set a custom schedule. We agree on it after the baseline visit.
Is there a minimum term?
Program terms are set out in your service agreement and confirmed before the first scheduled visit.
Can I still book extra services?
Yes. Program aircraft get priority for short-notice requests and additional services such as Cabin Detail or brightwork.
Do you offer fleet programs?
Yes. Operators with several aircraft can put them on one program with a single schedule and reporting.
Put the aircraft on a Flight Ready schedule.
Start with a baseline visit. We'll recommend a schedule from there.
