What we collect

When you submit the request-service form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, phone, email, aircraft type, optional tail number, airport or location, requested service, requested date, preferred time and notes.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your request. We also use it to schedule and perform services and to communicate with you about them. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Netlify. Service requests are stored in our database provider (Supabase). Notification emails about new requests are sent through our email provider (Resend). To prevent spam we keep a one-way hash of the network address a request came from. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Aircraft photos

Photos taken during service document the aircraft's condition. We do not publish photos of a customer's aircraft, tail number or cabin without written permission.

Retention and your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Contact service@rampcraftaviation.com.
